Meet our Founder

Deniz Hanson is the owner and founder of Trusted Nanny Match. She is a Bay Area native, mother of three, and a nanny employer herself.

She has an extensive background in the world of education, serving on the leadership team at a private preschool-through-12th-grade school. She received a BA at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo followed by an MBA from St. Mary’s College in Moraga. Her background in all areas of education and leadership, as well as her direct, warm approach to Trusted Nanny Match made it an instant success in her community, along with encouragement and support from her family, friends, and her own nanny!

Meet our Candidate Engagement Specialist

Ruby Marzan is our Candidate Engagement Specialist. She holds a BA in Literature and leverages over a decade of recruitment experience to her role. Passionate about people, she excels at finding the perfect match between candidates and families, as well as fostering genuine and long-lasting relationships. 

Outside of work, Ruby enjoys traveling, reading books, and spending quality time with her family.

Meet our Candidate Coordinator

Elizabeth Sauri is our Candidate Coordinator. She holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, bringing a wealth of analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to her role.

Her genuine love for children shines through in her playful and patient approach, ensuring their comfort and fostering a positive learning environment. Adaptability is a cornerstone of Elizabeth's personality, as she consistently strives to offer kind and supportive assistance wherever needed.

Beyond her professional commitments, she finds joy in reading, solving puzzles, walking her dog, and cherishing moments with her family.

Meet our Administrative Assistant

Fernanda Ávila is our Administrative Assistant and she has a BA in International Business. She is an experienced administrative assistant and has also worked with children as a summer camp counselor. She is dedicated, detail orientated, and she is eager to assist candidates in their journey to find the right family.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Fernanda has a deep passion for the arts and is an avid dog lover.
