Annual membership fee is $199 and is non-refundable.
You can always request your favorite babysitter and we will do our best to book you with that babysitter.
Our agency booking fee is 25% of the babysitter’s compensation for the shift with a $35.00 minimum, if requested with at least 72-hours notice. An additional fee of $50.00 per shift will apply to requests made with less than 72-hours notice. The agency booking fee is nonrefundable with any cancellation.
The babysitter is paid directly at the hourly rate assigned for the total number of hours reserved (and more if the babysitter stayed later) at the end of each shift.
Monday through Thursday bookings have a 3-hour minimum and Friday through Sunday bookings have a 4-hour minimum.
Cancellations must be made at least 72-hours in advance of the shift start time or all fees to the babysitter and agency booking fees must be paid. If a cancellation occurs at least 72-hours in advance, the agency booking fee will be held as a credit for 3 months from date of original booking for future bookings.
If returning home more than 3 hours after the booked end time, a $100 inconvenience fee is due to the babysitter and to the agency, in addition to paying for all hours worked in full to the babysitter and the full agency booking fee to the agency. If returning more than 5 hours after the booked end time, a $300 inconvenience fee is due to the babysitter and to the agency, in addition to paying for all hours worked in full to the babysitter and the full agency booking fee to the agency.
We must be notified if a child falls ill forty-eight (48) hours before care is to be rendered. If the babysitter chooses to work with a sick child, the hourly rate will be at time and a half. If the babysitter chooses not to work with a sick child, we will hold the agency booking fee credit on file for 3 months from date of original booking for future bookings. If we are not notified of a sick child and the babysitter shows up to a sick home, a $50.00 exposure fee will be due to the babysitter and to the agency in addition to the agency booking fee to the agency and the pre-scheduled hours to the babysitter.
The fee for overnight care can vary. A proposal of overnight care rates is available upon request.
Parking must be provided for the babysitter. In addition to providing parking, any/all parking/valet fees must be paid to the babysitter.
Service is not guaranteed on New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day and Memorial Day Weekend, Father’s Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, the weekends before or after Christmas, or the evenings of Valentine’s Day and New Year’s Eve. All requests for these dates will be determined on a first-come, first-serve basis. The hourly rate to the babysitter shall be at time and a half. The agency booking fee minimum will be fifty dollars ($50.00) per day.
